Tenant Improvement Project Manager - 12 Month Contract

Apply now for this 12-month contract role overseeing budgeting, construction, and handover of tenant improvement (TI) and capital expenditure projects. Responsibilities include managing quotes, coordinating schedules, handling change orders, organizing documentation, attending meetings with tenants and leasing teams, and following up on project deficiencies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction management experience, preferably with Tenant Improvement projects, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access. A background in Project Management is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee budgeting, construction, and project handovers for TI and capital projects
  2. Manage quotes, drawings, proposals, and documentation
  3. Issue contracts and purchase orders
  4. Manage change orders and coordinate with leasing and property management teams
  5. Supervise construction schedules and organize warranties/manuals for project closeout
  6. Attend meetings with tenants and leasing teams
  7. Maintain specifications and track contracts
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in construction management, with tenant improvement experience preferred
  • Post-secondary education in Project Management is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid BC driver’s license
