Job Description:
In this position, you'll oversee budgeting, construction, and handover of tenant improvement (TI) and capital expenditure projects. Your responsibilities will include managing quotes, coordinating schedules, handling change orders, and ensuring all trades are on track. You'll also organize documentation, attend meetings with tenants and leasing teams, and follow up on any project deficiencies.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction management (preferably with Tenant Improvement experience), excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle. A background in Project Management is a plus.
