Job Summary:
This is a temporary part-time position of 32 hours per week. The Team Leader is an integral part of the support team, responsible for meeting the practical, physical, and emotional needs of the individuals we support within the service. Through a key worker system, they will design individual support programmes and coordinate the delivery of these packages by a group of Support Workers and themselves.
