Temporary Contract - Full time Position 1.0 FTE
Effective June 2, 2025 until October 16, 2026
Salary Rate: Group 5 - $79,869
Reporting to the Manager, Occupational Health and Safety, the Temporary Specialist, Health and Safety is an effective member of the People and Culture Team, providing support in the area of Occupational Health & Safety. The emphasis of the work will involve maintainingexcellent records, timely and accurate claims reporting and supporting staff, management, and Union Partners with regards to WSIB and Occupational Health & Safety matters ensuring the protection of personal information and confidentiality.
The position is primarily located at the Catholic Education Centre, with occasional travel to LDCSB school sites. Opportunity for remote work is limited given the responsibilities of the role. This position is covering an extended parental leave.
