The City of Woodstock is seeking temporary skilled labourers for the Public Works department. Successful candidates will perform various manual labour duties, including maintenance and repairs, in a dynamic outdoor environment. Essential: Ability to work in all weather conditions, Class DZ Ontario Driver’s License, willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR, attendance at orientation, minimum Grade 10 education, experience with heavy equipment (preferred), training with MTO Book 7, knowledge of OHSA legislation.
Working Conditions: Exposure to all weather, dirty conditions, heavy lifting, shift work, and overtime as needed.
