A regional educational institution in Waterloo seeks a Temporary Secretary to assist in daily school operations. This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a Secondary School Graduation Diploma. The role involves working collaboratively with the school’s administrative team, maintaining student information, and supporting both students and staff. This part-time position works 14 hours a week during the school year, from August 2025 to June 2026.
Applicants will be considered in the following order:
Reporting to the Principal, through the Head Secretary, the successful candidate will support the activities of the administrative staff in the day-to-day operation of the school. This Temporary Educational Support Staff position Level C involves working 14 hours per week, 10 months per year, from August 25, 2025, to June 30, 2026. Hours of work are to be determined.
