A regional school board in London, Ontario, is seeking a Secondary School Office Supervisor for a full-time, temporary position. Salary Rate: Group 4 – $73,338
Reporting to the secondary school Principal, the Office Supervisor is knowledgeable about all secondary school main office operations. The Office Supervisor has the ability to supervise and efficiently lead the office support staff, coordinating and disseminating tasks to the office administrative team within prescribed policies and regulations. As a member of the school administrative team the emphasis of the work is on maintaining excellent public relations with parents, staff, students and school visitors while monitoring the operation of the main office and ensuring the protection of personal information and confidentiality. The hours of work will be determined by the Principal in consultation with the successful candidate. This position is covering a temporary internal employee transfer.
