Secondary School Office Supervisor – Catholic Central High School, London

Temporary Contract – Full time Position 1.0 FTE

Effective January 5, 2026 until December 18, 2026

Salary Rate: Group 4 – $73,338

Reporting to the secondary school Principal, the Office Supervisor is knowledgeable about all secondary school main office operations. The Office Supervisor has the ability to supervise and efficiently lead the office support staff, coordinating and disseminating tasks to the office administrative team within prescribed policies and regulations. As a member of the school administrative team the emphasis of the work is on maintaining excellent public relations with parents, staff, students and school visitors while monitoring the operation of the main office and ensuring the protection of personal information and confidentiality. The hours of work will be determined by the Principal in consultation with the successful candidate. This position is covering a temporary internal employee transfer.

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Minimum two year Office Administration Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience effectively managing, leading and motivating staff
  • Minimum four years general office experience, minimum two years office experience in a secondary school required (preference for experience in more than one secondary school role)
  • Excellent understanding of Catholic Education and its system commitment to student learning
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of Board policies, procedures and protocols
  • Proficient in the use of student data management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in the use of banking management software with advanced budget management skills
  • Demonstrated professional ethic and sensitivity to the confidential nature of the position
  • A strong commitment to service
