We are seeking astrategic, results-driven Sales Director – Central Region to lead thegrowth and development of our packaging business across Ontario. Basedin Vaughan, this leadership role will focus on expanding regional andmulti-regional customer relationships by leveraging our regionalpresence, local expertise, and integrated packaging solutions.
The successful candidate will drive business development, build andinspire high-performing sales teams, and collaboratecross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction, grow marketshare, and exceed revenue goals. This is a unique opportunity for anexperienced sales leader passionate about the packaging industry andready to make a significant impact within a dynamic, fast-pacedorganization.

Under the guidance of the Vice PresidentNational Packaging & Facility Solutions, the Sales Director, CentralRegion will be responsible for evolving the continued growth of ourpackaging business within Ontario.
Develop and executecomprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitabilitytargets.
Ensure the status of programs and the achievement ofregional performance targets are communicated effectively to VPs,General Managers and Account Managers;
Collaborate with internalteams (sales, operations, logistics, warehousing, and administration)to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
Guideand support sales consultants within the region, providing coaching,performance feedback, and ongoing development.
Drive regionalalignment with national marketing initiatives, campaigns, andpromotional strategies.
Partner with marketing and vendor teamsto introduce new products, enhance offerings, and explore untappedopportunities.
Monitor industry trends, market developments, andcustomer needs to inform product positioning and growth strategies.
Negotiate customer contracts, ensuring alignment with companygoals and profitability expectations.
Provide exceptionalleadership, motivation, and developmental guidance while upholdingaccountability to management and sales staff within the region;
Embrace a flexible approach and adapt to the evolving dynamics of thepackaging industry.
Post-secondary education in Business,Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years ofprogressive experience in sales leadership, preferably within thepackaging industry.
Demonstrated success in strategic salesplanning, execution, and revenue growth.
Proven ability to lead,motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Proficientwith Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
Must hold a validdriver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Office-based in Vaughan, with the ability to work in an open, dynamicenvironment.
Must be able to manage tight deadlines and shiftingpriorities.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
