Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks, Inc. is seeking a Parts Counter to support counter sales and customer service in a busy parts department. You will greet customers, sell parts, and assist technicians with parts while keeping the department clean and organized.

Responsibilities include packing and shipping orders, handling shortages, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and coworkers. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of two years in a customer service environment.
• 1 year+ experience in customer service.
• Willingness to be on time, flexible and available for scheduling.

• Sells products and/or services to customers.
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.
• Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.

Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible or no exposure.
