Job summary

The Good Spirit School Division is seeking a temporary part-time Educational Assistant at Kamsack Comprehensive Institute in Kamsack, SK.

The successful candidate will support the classroom teacher, assist students with mobility needs or personal care, and uphold confidentiality while contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment. The role offers a monthly wage based on an hourly rate of $21.00 to $25.79 with vacation pay and participation in benefit plans if enrolled.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
• Acute attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to work as a team member will be considered assets.
• Assist the classroom teacher to support learning with all students in the classroom.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information pertaining to a child, classroom and the school
• Provide assistance to students with mobility needs and/or who require personal care.

The Good Spirit School Division invites applications for a temporary part-time Educational Assistant (EA) at Kamsack Comprehensive Institute in Kamsack, SK.

Assignment and Term:

This position is a temporary part-time position of 5.75 hours/day in accordance with the Educational Assistant school calendar.

The position commences september 11, 2026 and expires June 29, 2027. The work schedule will be determined.

The successful candidate will have the desired qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be paid on a monthly basis at an hourly rate from $21.00 - $25.79* plus applicable vacation pay.
