  • Assist with obtaining approvals for invoices over $250.00.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Administrator include, but are not limited to :

  • Distribute all incoming AP mail
  • File expense and freight invoices as needed
  • Complete credit applications
  • Send out tax information when required
  • Collect W-9’s
  • Assist with obtaining approvals for invoices over $250.00
  • Collect invoices for accountants as needed
  • Other duties as required by supervisor

Qualifications of the Accounting Administrator include, but are not limited to :

  • 2 years of general office clerk experience required
  • Great organizational skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Accounting experience preferred, but not required

Additional Information :

Physical Demand : Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time

Working Conditions : Professional Office environment

Pay : $17 - $18 / Hour, DOE

Travel : N / A

Education : High School Diploma required
