The Operational Specialist oversees the daily operation of patient food services that consists of tray assembly services, food production, ware washing, retherm, enteral feedings and clerical areas, supervises, supports, directs, guides unionized and non-unionized staff. Coordinates the efficient use of human resources, equipment, food & supplies. Ensures policy and procedures are consistently being followed. Provides appropriate tools and resources to staff in order to supply nutritious and safe food to patients in a timely manner. Ensures all documentation, paperwork, and internal quality assurance are completed accurately and safely from food procurement and storage to tray assembly and patient meal deliveries.
Status: Temporary part-time
Duration: 1 year
Salary: $34.22 per hour - $42.78 per hour
