  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries, including mail and packages.
  • Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with recruitment activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Job Summary

CROWN Metal Packaging Canada LP is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Temporary Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Canadian operations. This role will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office environment, assisting various departments with daily tasks and special projects until October 31st, 2026.

Working Conditions
