Compass Minerals Canada Corp. is hiring two temporary Warehouse Labourers to join the Evaporation Plant in Goderich, ON. This leave-of-absence coverage role supports packaging, loading and equipment operation in a manufacturing environment.
Applicants should have a minimum high school diploma; prior manufacturing and material handling experience is preferred. Forklift experience is a plus. The team values safety, accuracy and willingness to work varied shifts.

We are currently hiring two (2) Temporary Warehouse Labourers (Leave of Absence Coverage), to join the team at our Evaporation Plant in Goderich, ON.
Compass Minerals’ Goderich Plant has operated since 1867, after an unsuccessful search for oil uncovered a vast bed of rock salt under Goderich. Using mechanical evaporation, the plant produces high-purity, fine- and coarse-grained salt products in packages and in bulk for commercial, agricultural and industrial applications. The plant also packages rock salt from the mine thatis used for deicing and water conditioning.
Goderichis named Canada’s Prettiest Town and is best known for its stunning sunsets. Goderich is a lakeside community of 8,000 people located approximately 1.5 hours from London and Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario.
