A regional educational board in Canada is seeking an Administrative Support professional for their Health Safety and Security department. This full-time, temporary position involves various administrative tasks related to health and safety, budget management, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Secondary School Graduation Diploma and strong organizational and communication skills. The role offers 35 hours per week with an effective date from July 2, 2025, to August 31, 2026.

Reporting to the Manager of Health Safety and Security the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the activities of the Health Safety and Security department and its day-to-day operation.
The successful applicant for this Temporary Educational Support Staff position Level E will work 35 hours per week12 months per year effective July 2 2025 to August 31 2026.
Hours of Work : 8 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm (with a 1 / 2 hour unpaid lunch break)
