St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools invites applications for a temporary full-time Grade 1 - 1.0 FTE teaching position at Father Lacombe Catholic School in Lacombe, Alberta. This position will begin August 25, 2025, and end June 26, 2026.
Ability to assist in co-curricular and extra-curricular programs is an asset. Possessing a certificate in Catholic Education from St. Joseph's College is also considered an asset.
Lacombe, a city of 13,000, is located 25 km north of Red Deer and 125 km south of Edmonton. It has a strong agricultural economy supplemented by oil and gas industries. The city boasts a vibrant arts and cultural scene, along with many recreational amenities.
Father Lacombe Catholic School serves Kindergarten to Grade 9 with approximately 210 students from Lacombe and surrounding rural areas. The school has served the community for 14 years and aims to build a community of learners rooted in Faith and Gospel Values.
