As a Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for the critical day to day scheduling of all patient services employees, including coverage for daily and ongoing absences, overtime / extra hours and ensuring maintenance of timely and accurate schedules in the Human Resources Information System (Quadrant). Additional responsibilities include but is not limited to payroll processing, vacation approvals, and collective agreement administration. You will also provide support for the assigned team in their daily activities to ensure that patients receive prompt, effective customer service.
