Job summary

RW&CO in Grandview Corners is seeking a Part-time Fashion Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will assist customers in fitting rooms, process transactions, and help maintain an inviting, organized store environment.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
