Job summary

RW&CO in Canada is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience, assist customers in finding looks, and keep the store organized and visually appealing.

Job Description

As aFashion Associate, you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
