Coordinating driver routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.
Communicating with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, route adjustments, and problem resolution.
Handling customer inquiries related to service scheduling, delays, and special requests.
Tracking fleet performance and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with operations teams to optimize safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
