Bass Pro Shops in Canada is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter for a temporary position ending December 31, 2026. The role covers processing apparel shipments from receipt to stocking on the sales floor and in backrooms.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a temporary position ending December 31,2026. POSITION SUMMARY: The Apparel Processing Outfitter is responsible for the overall processing of all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt of goods to stocking on Sales Floor & Receiving.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• 50% Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system.
• 10% Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment.
• 10% Unloads trucks as needed.
• 10% Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• 5% Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies.
• 5% Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• 5% Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests.
• 5% ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & Point of Sale register system.
• Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards.
• Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.

• Regularly walks, stands and does computer work.
• Occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs.
