Job summary

The Good Spirit School Division invites applications for a Temporary Bus Driver in the Churchbridge Area. Located in Churchbridge, Saskatchewan, this role supports safe, efficient student transportation on a route serving North and East into Churchbridge, assigned to Melville Bus Garage.

Term runs from September 2, 2026 to December 18, 2026. The successful candidate will have a minimum Grade 10 education, a valid S-endorsed driver’s license, and a clean driving abstract.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 Education or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license with S endorsement.
• Clean drivers abstract.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, positive environments for students.
• Ensure student transportation is provided with due regard for safety.
• Provide supervision of students during transit and assist in supervision during boarding and unloading.
• Keep students on the bus until regular school supervision is provided.
• Other duties as assigned by the Principal or Transportation Manager and those listed in Job Description.

The Duties Of a Bus Driver Are To

• Support safe, positive environments for students.
• Ensure student transportation is provided with due regard for safety.
