Job summary

Dean Clean Services Inc. is seeking a dependable cleaner to perform basic cleaning duties in residences or office buildings. This in-person, subcontractor position requires attention to detail and the ability to work Monday to Friday.

You will clean floors, elevators, restrooms, and common areas, restocking supplies, emptying trash, and ensuring sanitation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; positive attitude and reliability are valued.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors and elevators, including dust mopping, damp mopping and vacuuming.

• Assist other areas as needed and handle pressure or complaints professionally.

Job description

• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings.
• Cleans floors and elevators, elevator tracks. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
• Sets up and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Assists other areas when needed to ensure optimum service.
• Performs additional duties as needed as required.
