Adecco Professional Staffing is partnering with a client to hire a Bilingual Accounting Clerk in Saint-Laurent, QC. The role is a 1-year temporary placement with potential to extend, offering a hybrid schedule (remote 2 days, in-office 3 days) and a Monday-to-Friday routine from 8:30am to 5pm.

The ideal candidate is fully bilingual, with about two years of experience in corporate customer service, administration or accounting, proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, and comfortable with SAP.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual (English and French) written and spoken.
• Ideally 2 years in corporate customer service, administration or accounting.
• Post-secondary education in related field is an asset.
• Strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills; SAP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to calls in English and French and direct to the appropriate team.
• Process payments (credit card), deposits and remittances, cross-check bank statements.
• Conduct license validations with attention to detail (training provided).
• Maintain customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Respond to emails/chats in both languages when needed.
