Office Administrators

  1. Filing and paperwork management
  2. Data Entry
  3. Meeting coordination and bookings
  4. General clerical support
  5. Ordering office supplies
  6. Processing confidential material
  7. Answer and direct phone calls
  8. Clerical filing and support like photocopying and filing
  9. Courier mail and schedule deliveries
  10. Process Accounts Payable and/or Receivables
  11. Input general ledger and journal entries
  12. Month-end and year-end duties

The right candidate has at least 6 months of office administration experience, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is ready to start working right away.
