Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate team communications
Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents
Maintain accurate records and support department workflow
Provide exceptional support to team leads and departments as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to adapt quickly and work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and attention to detail
