Role Overview:
We’re hiring Temporary Administrative Assistants to support various teams during peak periods, special projects, or staff coverage. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate team communications

  • Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents

  • Maintain accurate records and support department workflow

  • Provide exceptional support to team leads and departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to adapt quickly and work with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
