    WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support daily store operations, including opening procedures (starting at 6AM)
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products, and process incoming merchandise
  • Create an appealing, stimulating store environment using merchandising standards
  • Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our stores
  • Bring joy to our customers’ lives
  • Use our products to tell engaging stories
  • Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor
  • Curate specific product collections for individual customers
  • Model Indigo’s High Performance Characteristics
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and programs
  • Prioritize health and safety, encouraging active participation from all
  • Respond promptly to customer feedback
  • Hold yourself and others accountable
  • Own your development and provide ongoing feedback to colleagues and leadership
  • Share ideas for improving employee and customer experiences with leadership
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in retail or specialty retail preferred but not required
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and eagerness to learn all aspects of the store
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using proper techniques
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnight, and early mornings (if needed)
  • Bilingualism (French / English) required in Québec; additional languages are an asset
