Title : Temp - RN - Med Surg (Nights) Sault St. Marie, MI

Type : Medical-Surgical

Sault Ste. Marie, MI

Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to work in Sault Ste. Marie, MI.

Start Date : 2024-04-15 or two weeks after offer.

Shift : Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (12 Hour Nights) / No Call / Every Other Weekend / Float to ER and/or ICU (36 Hour Guarantee)

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of current Medical-Surgical RN experience unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
  • MI license is required.
  • 2 Years of experience - Required
  • Pediatric Experience - Required
  • Comfortable floating to ICU and/or ER - Required
  • BLS & ACLS (AHA) - Required
  • PALS (AHA) - Preferred
  • Candidates must live within 100 miles of the facility.
  • Two Supervisory Reference Forms - Required
  • Skills Checklist - Required

Prior to start date, you will need to send the following to the recruiter and credentialing:

  • Resume without gaps, with education notated.
  • References from 2 supervisors in the past year (updated yearly).
  • Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID.
  • Photo for Badge ID on a white background without filters.
  • Immunization Documentation: Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
  • Current Yearly Physical.
  • TB Test; Two-step or Quantiferon as requested by the facility.
  • BLS and other required certifications (AHA preferred).
  • Skills Checklist and Competency Exams.
  • Background Check and Urine Drug Screens (ordered after receiving job offers).
  • Credentialing will require additional documentation.
  • Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
