2025-063 TPT Peer Environmental Services Worker – External
Job Summary:
This incumbent performs custodial duties, minor maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the Agency’s Integrated Care Hub property is maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. The Peer Environmental Service worker will provide side by side intervention, coaching and encouragement to Assist unhoused individuals in gradually building independence in maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Working collaboratively with individuals, team members, and community stakeholders, the incumbent will lead by championing the sanitation of the community and work alongside individuals, building knowledge, skills, and confidence for household management skills and hygiene in their living space. All services are provided in accordance with the mission and established protocols of the Agency and the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation.
