Job description

Shifts for temp housekeepers, cleaners, and housepersons are available throughout Whistler, offering an excellent way to supplement your income on your free days! Experience is not usually required, but if you have it, let us know — it pays an extra $3/hr! You have full control over your work schedule to make the most of the Sea-to-Sky area.

• POSITIONS: Housekeepers, housepersons, overnight cleaners
• DATES: Daily shifts available on an ongoing basis
• HOURS: Morning, evening, & overnight shifts for 6-8 hours
• LOCATION: Whistler
• WAGES: $21-$28/hr + 4% vacation pay

Summer bonus: +$2/hr Weekend Bonus for shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from July 1st to September 1st, 2024!

Whistler Personnel uses a progressive pay system rewarding increased pay based on successful shifts. The more you work, the more you earn per hour, with additional bonuses available. Ask us for details!

Successful Shifts mean punctuality, hard work, and client satisfaction. These shifts can be in any temp position with Whistler Personnel.

Housekeepers / Cleaners:

• TIME: 8am-9:30am starts, typically 6-8 hours
• DUTIES: Cleaning rooms, removing linens and garbage, stocking supplies, and assisting where needed
• QUALIFICATIONS: Friendly, hardworking, willing to pitch in. Experience can earn you an extra $3/hr!
• WAGE: $20-$28/hr + 4% vacation pay

Assistant housekeeper (No experience required):

• PROBY (Tier 1) = $21/hr to start
• REGULAR (Tier 2) = $23/hr after 10 successful shifts
• HERO (Tier 3) = $25/hr after 20 successful shifts

Experienced housekeeper (6+ months experience):

• PROBY (Tier 1) = $24/hr to start
• REGULAR (Tier 2) = $26/hr after 10 successful shifts
• HERO (Tier 3) = $28/hr after 20 successful shifts

*Initial shift verifies experience and skills.

Housepersons/Stewards:

• TIME: 9am-5pm
• DUTIES: Delivering supplies, restocking, cleaning public areas, and assisting where needed
• QUALIFICATIONS: No experience needed. Friendly and hardworking
• WAGE: $20-$24/hr + 4% vacation pay
• PROBY (Tier 1) = $20/hr to start
• REGULAR (Tier 2) = $22/hr after 10 shifts
• HERO (Tier 3) = $24/hr after 20 shifts

Night Cleaners (Graveyard Shift = +$2/hr):

• TIME: Starting around 10:30pm overnight
• DUTIES: Cleaning public areas, washrooms, and restaurants
• QUALIFICATIONS: No experience needed. Friendly and willing to pitch in
• WAGE: $20-$24/hr + 4% vacation pay, with graveyard bonus for tiers
