Position Description
A temporary full-time (1.0) French Immersion Intermediate Teacher is required by School District No. 60 (Peace River North) effective September 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The assignment will be at Ecole Central Elementary School.
École Central Elementary School of the Arts is a K-6, Fine Arts French Immersion school located in the heart of downtown Fort St. John, in the beautiful Peace River Valley. We offer an early French immersion program, which begins in kindergarten. Fourteen percent of our students are of First Nations ancestry. Our school has a staffing complement of 15 teachers and 8 support workers, as well as a principal, a .3 vice principal, a reading support teacher, and a .4 librarian.
