About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and mission-driven Executive Assistant for a period of 3 months with the possibility of extension to support our Executive Director and Board of Directors, while leading impactful communications that share our story and strengthen community connection.
This is a unique opportunity to blend high-level executive administrative support with creative leadership in internal and external communications, including social media, newsletters, and event coordination. You'll be the key liaison between leadership, staff, stakeholders, and the community.
This position follows a Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM schedule with occasional evening work for meetings or events.
