The role expects physical endurance, reliability, and the ability to work safely with tools and teammates. CSA-approved boots and prompt attendance are essential for success on site.

Qualifications

• Prior construction or demolition experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Own reliable transportation to local job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior demolition.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Clean and prepare work areas.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site.
