Job description

Overview

The candidate will be responsible for reconciling player transaction data related to FIFA’s solidarity mechanism across multiple years to ensure correct presentation. Reconciliation will require financial statements to be reviewed alongside supporting documents, including transfer and loan agreements.

Responsibilities
  1. Review player transactions related to FIFA’s solidarity mechanism, including the FIFA Clearing House.
  2. Compare solidarity mechanism transactions between clubs’ rosters, agreements, invoices, and other supporting documentation.
  3. Reconcile balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement for solidarity mechanism transactions.
  4. Identify adjustments to properly present transactions related to solidarity mechanism.
Qualifications

Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting and/or Finance preferred.

  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, collaboratively across multiple departments.
