Here is a sample of a current assignment:

• Position: CSO/OFA Level 3
• Schedule: November 21, 2024, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Duties: Ensuring all workers on site follow safety procedures, conducting daily site inspections to identify hazards, monitoring safety compliance, reporting incidents, maintaining documentation, administering first aid when necessary, and assisting with other duties as needed.
• Requirements: CSO or OFA Level 3 certification, construction site experience, good communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, knowledge of industry standards and regulations; trades experience is a plus.
• Attire: Steel-toed boots and PPE are required.

Wages: $30 to $34 per hour plus vacation pay

• Whistler Personnel offers a progressive pay system rewarding successful shifts, increasing pay based on the number of shifts completed. The more you work, the more you earn!

OFA Level 3/CSO wages: $30 – $34/hr plus 4% vacation pay

• Tier 1 (new hires) = $30/hr
• Tier 2 (after 10 shifts) = $32/hr
• Tier 3 (after 20 shifts) = $34/hr
