4L Communications is a family-owned TELUS dealer seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate for our Morden/Winkler teams. You will help customers choose TELUS products, becoming an expert across smartphones, devices, plans and home solutions.

Engage shoppers in-store, online and by phone to meet sales targets. Competitive hourly earnings with uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a full benefits package support your success.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to explain TELUS products clearly to customers.
• Motivated to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a 4L Sales Associate, you will:

• Help our customers choose the best TELUS products and services that fit their needs
• Become an expert on the complete TELUS lineup: smartphones, connected devices, accessories, rate plans, home security and automation, business solutions as well as TV and internet products
• Engage customers in-store, online and by phone
• Meet and exceed sales targets and metrics

Schedule: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (Monday - Saturday)
