4L Communications Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Associate in Brandon to help customers choose TELUS products and services. You will engage customers in-store, online and by phone, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets while representing a trusted, family-owned carrier with 25+ years of success.

The role offers an hourly wage of 18–25+ CAD, uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a team-focused environment.

What You'll Do

As a 4L Sales Associate, you will:

• Help our customers choose the best TELUS products and services that fit their needs
• Become an expert on the complete TELUS lineup: smartphones, connected devices, accessories, rate plans, home security and automation, business solutions as well as TV and internet products
• Engage customers in-store, online and by phone
• Meet and exceed sales targets and metrics

Schedule: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (Monday - Sunday)
