Position Overview

Provide our customers with fast, friendly service by adhering to common courtesies and delivering our brand promise. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, support sales by identifying customer needs, promoting offers, and referring customers for additional financial solutions. Support channel capabilities and demonstrate their benefits to customers. Flexibility to work at multiple branch locations may be required to meet customer and branch needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform customer banking transactions, identify and address customer needs, and resolve issues.
  2. Support sales efforts by referring customers to suitable financial solutions.
  3. Promote products, services, and new opportunities to customers.
  4. Answer customer questions to ensure satisfaction and safety.
  5. Service vault, night drop, and ATM machines as assigned.
Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or combined education and experience.

Experience: Less than 2 years of demonstrated customer service skills and computer experience.
