What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide customer service related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of products and applications, while addressing other inbound customer queries
Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensuring requests are handled appropriately
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures, escalating customer issues as needed
Ensure accurate data input using prescribed applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must be at least 18 years of age
Full-time availability is necessary
Excellent hardwired home internet connection (WiFi is not permitted)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Strong computer skills are essential
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a customer service role
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and procedures for technical support
