Job Overview:
Alexis Fiscal Advisory is seeking a motivated and dynamic TeleSales Agent to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, promoting our services, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to Alexis Fiscal Advisory's services and offerings.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and referrals, qualifying prospects for the sales team.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients over the phone, addressing inquiries and identifying their needs to present suitable solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Effectively present services, value propositions, and product benefits to prospective clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Closing Sales: Work to meet or exceed individual sales targets by closing deals and converting prospects into loyal clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profiles.
- Follow-Up Calls: Perform follow-up calls with potential and existing clients to close sales, resolve issues, and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s services, products, and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to prospects.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving sales efforts and achieving targets.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities, leads, and progress towards meeting individual goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in tele-sales, outbound calling, or customer service (preferably in financial or advisory services).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and build relationships over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent active listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejections.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to track customer interactions and sales progress.
