We are looking for empathetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Telephone Interviewers. In this role, you will conduct brief, professional phone interviews to gather valuable customer feedback (no telemarketing or sales involved). Your insights will help improve service quality across North America.

  • Stable, Predictable Schedule: Enjoy your evenings and weekends — no night shifts, no weekend work. It is a set schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Remote or In-Office Options: Whether you're looking for the convenience of working from home or the social aspect of an office, we support both. Remote workers must have a quiet and distraction-free working space with an internet connection speed of at least 50 Mbps down and 15 Mbps up. Computer equipment will be provided for all workers. Training is conducted in the office.

  • No Sales, No Soliciting — Just Listening and Learning.

What You Will Receive

  • Hourly Wage: Starting at $18.00 per hour.
  • Performance Bonuses: Up to $350 per month based on your quality and consistency.
  • Retention Perks: $100 bonus after 90 days + 1 additional paid day off at 6 months.
