Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to obtain sales appointments for sales staff.
  • Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing options that could help them.
  • Addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections to obtain sales appointment.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to schedule appointments, demonstrations or consultations for qualified leads.
  • Achieving or exceeding individual targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting and sales conversion.

Qualifications
  • Must be proficient in French written and oral
  • High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in telemarketing
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
