• Make outbound calls to prospective SME clients from provided leads/databases.
• Introduce company services and explain loan options in a clear and professional manner.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead statuses.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.

Requirements

• Prior telemarketing, telesales, or call center experience preferred (financial services experience is a plus).
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
