Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew for Wireless/ Cell Site installation.
• Maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers and clients.
• Ensure safety practices are followed on-site.
• Interpret engineered drawings and troubleshoot transmission faults.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Wireless/ Cell Site installation.
• Previous experience leading and managing a crew.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Good physical condition and willing to work outdoors.
• Willing to travel.
• Mechanically inclined and safety minded.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of RF and DC drawings.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude.
