  1. Lead and manage a crew for Wireless/Cell Site installation.
  2. Maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers and clients.
  3. Interpret engineered drawings and understand RF and DC drawings.
  4. Troubleshoot and locate transmission faults.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with Wireless/Cell Site installation.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Good physical condition and willing to work outdoors.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Mechanically inclined and safety-minded.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
  • Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude.
