Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in at least 2 of the following offerings: Cloud Transformation, Industry & New Technology, Technology ROI/Cost Take Out, Operating Model, Modern Architecture, Data-Driven Enterprise.
• Minimum 5 years of experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic initiatives, process improvement initiatives, or IT transformation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading or managing large teams, including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• English is required for this multinational role.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ business options in the context of global, industry, economic, technology, and social trends.
• Day to day delivery leader on short high impact strategies for senior teams; leading small teams of generalists and specialists.
• Define practices, processes, toolsets, and operations for transformation domains, owning end-to-end delivery.
• Executive oversight and client relationship management of diverse delivery teams.
• Identify, orchestrate, and drive new sales opportunities with Managing Director support.
• Ensure long-term success with road maps for Digital, IT or Cloud strategy, change management, monitoring and remedial steps.
• Earn the trust of senior leaders and partner to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.
• Build relationships with clients to raise Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor.
• Fortify the Technology Strategy practice and participate in forums, both internal and external.
• Lead projects delivering world-class business technology strategy solutions.
• Mentor junior strategy team members and position them for growth.
• Provide upfront strategic thinking and develop new strategic frameworks centered on business and technology needs.
• Apply expertise in financial services and technology transformation to deliver impactful solutions for banking clients.
• Draw on experience in operational strategy, modernization, and project management to drive results.
