ITSM Group Canada Inc. is an IT service provider that sells IT services to small and mid-sized businesses in Canada & the US.

This role offers no base salary, only generous commissions. It is 100% remote.

We are a team of highly energetic IT professionals. As a sales consultant, you should have a 'Work Hard, Collaboration, Result-Driven' mindset. If you're unsure of what you can contribute, this opportunity may not be suitable for you.

The reason for no base salary is that you are not responsible for the entire sales process. Your role is to find interested clients; once you do, pass them to us, and upon onboarding the customer, you earn a commission.

Ideally, you're located in Vancouver or Toronto, but we welcome applicants from any location.

Top-selling items:

• MSP (Managed IT Services) – acting as a customer's internal IT department with a monthly fee.

You will receive a commission of $2000 - $4000 per new MSP customer, depending on the customer's quality. You earn a 35% profit margin; for example, on a $10 service, you earn $3.50.

Requirements:

• You love sales, are comfortable calling strangers, and have an interest in technology. You are motivated and eager to grow your career.
• You have a basic understanding of IT or are willing to learn.
• You possess basic sales & marketing skills.
• You are comfortable with not having a fixed salary and are committed to doing your best to sell, knowing you will be rewarded for your efforts.
• You maintain open communication, understand responsibility, collaboration, and commitment.
