We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Technology Product & Portfolio Management Specialist responsible for managing a portfolio of technology projects across our global organization.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within the Corporate Services Business Services and Innovation Business Unit Management. The Business Technology Portfolio Manager provides high-level governance and oversight for the portfolio of GSS Technology projects.

What You'll Do In The Role
  1. Support Global Supplier Services by learning and implementing the latest technologies related to procurement, vendor management, and intelligent workflows.
  2. Lead key parts of a multi-year transformation and innovation initiative.
  3. Act as Product Owner for multiple squads across Global Supplier Services, including vendor products and data integration, involving:
  • Serving as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, Subject Matter Experts, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into Epics, user stories, tasks, and product specifications.
  • Coordinating with squads, including sprint planning, reviews, creating/refining user requirements and stories, prioritizing work, coordinating UAT, and maintaining backlogs.
  • Managing the product backlogs.
  • Organizing and coordinating Fleet sync meetings and Business Reviews.
  • Maximize the value of the product resulting from the work of the Development Team.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and collaborate with Technology colleagues.
  • What You'll Bring To The Role
    • Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience in leading or influencing Technology projects within Agile environments.
    • Experience with software development, assessment, or implementation in a business technology context.
    • Experience with technology implementation projects and SDLC lifecycle.
    • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, practices, and tools like Jira, Rally, or Roadmunk.
    • Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, risk, and contract management is a plus.
