What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives to ensure timely delivery and achievement of strategic goals
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to drive efficiency, resolve issues, and manage dependencies
- Streamline operations and optimize processes within the CTO's office and across technology departments
- Collect and analyze data related to technology performance and provide insights for improving financial performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in strategic program/project management within a technology department
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in a technology role, preferably in a startup or high-growth/high-tech environment
- Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies
- High degree of proficiency in software development, cloud platforms, and financial management tools
