The successful candidate will assist with basic IT helpdesk support and development of social media and web projects.

Full Description

Working with our Administration and IT teams, the Technology and Media Administrator will provide basic helpdesk IT support while assisting with development of social media and website content and performing general office administration.

The successful candidate will assist with technology and media administration functions including :

  • Developing content for website and social media management and initiatives.
  • Providing basic helpdesk and IT support for users throughout the organization.
  • Updating and creating spreadsheets and Access / SQL databases.
  • Routine administrative tasks including general reception, printing, photocopying, binding documents, ensuring adequate inventory of supplies, and general clerical duties.

Demonstrated abilities in web and social media administration as well as IT Administration along with associated qualifications are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science or a similar field that encompasses the technical qualifications listed above, as well as a desire to assist others in solving basic IT problems, while working in an office environment.
